Glenn H. and Denise R. Greene had been an active members of the True Light Fellowship Church in Philadelphia, PA (Dr. Wesley Pinnock, Founder and Sr. Pastor) for over 24 years. Then in January 2020, after much prayer and seeking the Lord for over a year, they answered the prompting of the Holy Spirit and “Launched Into Uncharted Territory” to apply more focus on their separate ministries – CEF Ministries (Elder Glenn) and Arise With Purpose Women’s Ministry (Prophetess Denise).

Their joint leadership ministry work began at True Light in April 2007 as co-founders of the Spiritual Gift Assessment and Development (SGAD) Ministry. This ministry had been instrumental in assisting the believers of Christ discover their spiritual gifts and become passionately involved in ministries within True Light in direct conjunction with their top four highest gifts. In June 2017, they had expanded this Spirit-driven work and started the design work of an outreach ministry to reach other churches/ministries called Christ Edifying Fellowship (CEF) Ministries, with the mission directive of “Giving Godly Direction…To Live Out What You Were Designed To Be”, focusing on group training seminars for spiritual gift and biblical topic development.

Glenn H. Greene, previously on True Light’s Deacon/Deaconess Board as Assistant Chairman, was called to be a minister in November 2003. By the Lord’s grace, He called him to be an Elder in March 2014 at True Light.

Elder Glenn holds a position as a Certified Evangelical Training Association (ETA) instructor teaching ETA courses such as Growing Towards Spiritual Maturity, Understanding Teaching, Biblical Beliefs, along with courses dear to him such as Basic Bible, Principles of Prayer & Fasting, and Christian Character. In addition to all this, he had preached at True Light, Household Of Faith, Laurel Square Nursing Home, and various churches for services and seminars. Glenn also presently holds a Manager – Technical Support career position at Temple University for over 25 years.

Denise R. Greene, previously on True Light’s Deacon/Deaconess Board, was licensed as a Minister in May 2018 at True Light. She has also been joyously singing for over 40 years for the Lord. In addition to speaking along with her husband, she also has ministered at locations like Recovery King Addiction Center, Nursing Homes, Street Services, Women’s Prison, Eliza Shirley Women’s Shelter, and Reformation Lutheran Church.  In October 2020, she completed her prophetic training from Bethel Deliverance School of Prophetic Development and was acknowledged/ordained into the office of Prophetess in July 2021 at Household Of Faith Deliverance Worship Center in Ardmore, PA where Bishop Michael Brokenborough is the Senior Pastor.  In July 2023, Prophetess Denise received ETA Certification to teach all levels of Evangelical Training Association courses.

The Spirit of the Lord began to give Prophetess Denise dreams and a prophetic word to start a women’s ministry and in 2014 Arise With Purpose Women’s Ministry came to fruition, where the goals for the women are the following: know your identity, know your purpose, know your God-given authority in Christ. She enjoys counseling, encouraging and motivating people. Over several years, she has written songs and poetry: in July 2004, a poetry book co-written with her mother, Jeannetta Darby, “Beside The Still Waters”; in September 2004, her Romantic CD for Christian couples, “I’m So Glad He Gave Me You”.

They are the proud parents of one son, Justin L. Bowser, and grandparents of twins, Cierra and Kierra Bowser. In June 2022, they celebrated 30 years of marriage.
